What tax reporting is necessary for the LLC that was created as my adopting employer for my Solo 401k?

In regards to the Solo 401k, no tax reporting is necessary for the LLC working as the adopting employer. However, you should consult with your CPA/tax advisor as to whether any reporting is necessary for business purposes.
