1. Navigate to http://partner.river.com/nabers
2. Click "Sign Up" and select the "Business Account
3. Enter your email address and the verification code sent to your email and create a password
Tip: Tip! We recommend a password manager like Dashlane. Never write down your passwords where others can find them (or store them plain text on your computer!)
4. Enter your phone number and the verification code sent to you by text
5. Enter your name and address details
6. Enter your Date of Birth and SSN
7. Grab your phone to finish your ID verification
8. Scan the QR code with your mobile phone to open the ID verification on your smartphone
Tip: You'll be asked to take a photo of the front & back of your driver's license (or the photo page of your passport) and a selfie. Once the verification is complete, you'll be directed back to your computer to continue
9. Enter your Solo 401k Trust name
10. Under "Select a business type" - choose Solo 401(k)
11. Enter your estimated annual transaction volume
12. Select "yes" or "no" to whether you intend to withdraw Bitcoin from your account (usually the answer here is "No")
13. Enter the Solo 401k Trust address
14. Check your email for a secure link to upload your ID and 401k trust documents

15. Click the link in your email to complete the trust application
16. Enter your name and email address (the trust name will come next)
17. Enter the trust name, trust address (or your address as trustee works, too), and trust EIN
18. Choose "Other" as the trust type
19. Enter your intended annual transaction volume
20. Enter your source of funds as "Solo 401k funds"
21. If you intend to send and/or receive bitcoin, add an explanation like "Transfer bitcoin from another exchange for this entity"
22. Enter your name, email, title (Trustee), and phone number
23. Agree to the docusign terms and docusign the trust application
24. Go back to your email from River and click the secure upload link to upload your signed 401k trust documents (the whole thing), your 401k trust EIN letter, and a clear photocopy of your driver's license or passport
25. Congratulations! Your Solo 401k Trust account with River is now submitted. The River Team will review your application and supporting documentation, and reach out if anything further is required.
